The Challenge
We can’t say too much about our work with Booking just yet. When their new strategy goes public, we’ll be the first to talk more openly about why they turned to us, a boutique agency in Berlin, to help one of the world’s largest travel brands validate their strategy.
What we can say is this: In seven weeks, we hit the ground running. We conducted intensive workshops, including a Vision Sprint with in-depth qualitative interviews, and a quantitative study involving over 1,000 participants. When the numbers are this big and the stakes are worth Billions, this is why we need big data to steer them.
It was fast, collaborative, and designed to provide them with the clarity, alignment, and confidence they needed to move forward.
